Retro designs invoke a warm nostalgia of the olden day.  In Japan, America's post-war interior aesthetics was the epitome of prosperity and style, and had a huge impact on furniture designs in the 60s. A new generation of Japanese designers are revisiting the classic retro styles, adding a modern aesthetics to achieve a universal appeal.
