OOKKUU respects our client's information and take our privacy policy seriously. The client information that OOKKUU collects is strictly for internal use and for client consultation purposes only. It will not be shared with any third parties.

We collect information to provide better services to all of our users. OOKKUU provides furniture, lighting and tableware products and product development services to designers, commercial and individual project owners. In our experience, many times our clients need to discuss further with us to understand the product's specifications, customization, lead-time and quantity discount opportunities before they can make a correct purchasing decisions. 

2) How we use that information.

Most of our customers are repeat customers in the industry. We strive to provide the best service for the products we offer and professional consultation, and keep our clients informed of our product/service updates at most about once a month. The information we collect is solely for communication with our clients and to service their projects.  We do not share personal information with companies, organizations and individuals outside of OOKKUU.

We aim to provide you with access to your personal information. If that information is wrong, we strive to give you ways to update it quickly or to delete it.
